2008-07-16 Intercontinental Cup: Scotland at Canada
Canada takes on Scotland in ICC Intercontinental Cup action presented by Scotiabank on July 16-19 at Maple Leaf Cricket Club in King City, Ontario. The days play will begin at 10.30 am.
2008-08-02 Twenty20 World Cup Qualifying - Ireland
The International Cricket Council today announced the schedule for the inaugural six-team ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier (WT20 Qualifier), which will take place in Ireland from 2 to 4 August. Kenya and the Netherlands will get the short, sharp tournament off to an exciting start in Stormont as the picturesque Belfast venue will host three matches per day culminating in the final on the Monday afternoon. At stake, apart from the pride of being the top Associate team in this form of the game, will be a place in the ICC World Twenty20 2009 being staged in England. Both finalists from this event will qualify for the big one which will take place at Lord's, the Oval and Trent Bridge next June. [More]
2008-08-06 Intercontinental Cup: Canada at Ireland
Canada takes on Ireland in ICC Intercontinental Cup action on August 6-9 in Dublin, Ireland. They will also play a One Day International on August 11th.
2008-08-20 Scotiabank Tri-Series
Scotiabank is pleased to announce that it is the title sponsor of the One Day International Cricket Tri-Series beginning Monday, August 18th in King City. The tournament, hosted by Cricket Canada and the Canadian National Cricket team, will feature the national cricket teams of the West Indies and Bermuda.
