2009-10-05 Cricket Alberta Seeks Executive Director and EOI to Develop Turf Pitches
Cricket Alberta, the not-for-profit governing provincial sports organization for cricket in Alberta, seeks to fill the position of Executive Director.A post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, sports management, or related areas is preferred. Compensation for this renewable 16 month contractual position is based on the experience and qualification of the successful candidate. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Friday November 6th, 2009.

Cricket Alberta seeks Expressions of Interest (EIO's) to Develop Cricket Turf Pitches in Alberta. Consultants will participate in Cricket Alberta's Facility Upgrade Project. Please forward all expression of interest letters outlining relevant experience to acacricket@gmail.com no later than Wednesday October 7th, 2009. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Friday October 9th, 2009.

2009-10-01 BC League Championship JRR Qualifier
The British Columbia league finals played on the weekend of September 26-27th saw the Tomalin Cup the BC Championship trophy hoisted by Richmond CC.?The result of the final played on Sunday 27th Richmond?271 all out. Victoria United C.C.?could only muster 119?all out in response.?The?winner will represent B.C. in the JRR Western final to be played in B.C. 2010.
